Highs at the beginning a little strong, as a heads up. May want to cut some of that.
You also may want to edit that piano a little, cause it's incredibly obvious that it's the unedited stock piano sample. Same with the guitar at around 1:20 and the violin around 4:30 (that part could use a pad in the background cause it sounds pretty empty)

Also this is 100% mislabeled. This is NOT dubstep whatsoever. Techno/Dance is way more fitting. Only dubstep element it has is the half time drums.

But the melody is pretty good, this could work as background or something. Where the bouncing bass part kicks in, that's pretty cool.

Side note- don't make songs 7 minutes long unless they're explicitly ambient. That's not something people are gonna listen through on.

Pretty decent.

Mixing's not that great. Drums at the beginning are too loud, and it changes too much. But it's a good melody

The bass and snare are really weak other than that it's good.

This is the kind of time-sig switchy shit i try and fail to pull off all the time. And you did it amazingly. I like how fast this song is compared to your others.

Also I just noticed the fourth tag.

Ok here's some feedback.

This is badly mixed. The chords are very load and kind of drown out everything else. You might want to turn down the automation a little there.

It could use some sort of sub bass or any bass in the beginning. Treble by itself just doesn't sound that good.

And maybe some variation could help.

Thanks! I'm not totally new to making music, but I'm by no means good at it, so any feedback,
especially critical, is very helpful. I tried putting in your suggestions, and it's definitely
sounding better. For example, I copied the chords ( Which I used an FMSynth for ) and
lowered it down a few octaves to make a subbass that paired with them.
For the variation, I'm thinking of either switching up the chords or changing out the melody
for the next part of the song. Then perhaps there could be a third part where it all comes
back together...
But, yeah, thanks for the feedback! It makes the music I make better, and I appreciate it. =)

Not bad, but definitely my least favorite of the Heks songs. Actually unique dubstep in Adust for once, some really well done DnB in nowise, but what happened here? The atmosphere is good but the drop, even though I know it's trying to set a vibe, sounds really strange and not very good to the ears. Like, you could have started a new note a little in the drop, why'd you milk as much as you can out of each one? It provides a really weird sound. Also some parts are too screamy.

In such a tired and repetitive genre of EDM that literally EVERYONE makes because it gets the clicky click, it's REALLY nice to see someone trying to mix it up for once. I'm not a fan of dubstep but this is GOOD dubstep. Few things that I like in it- The quarter time snare, the slower tempo and more atmospheric instruments. Also no ear penetration up high.

Still not getting 5 stars though- it's too repetitive to earn that

cool but bass gets old after a while

I feel ya

Well made remix, but you need to vary the main synth more.

Cristella responds:

I will take care of future projects. Thanks for the detail ;3;

The beginning sounds like cracking someone's spine.

Anyway this is really catchy dubstep and the reverse sounds are REALLY done well.
